- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Extremely dissapointed and livid over the disgusting treatment of my 2 year old and both of us parents. The dentist didn't even look at our sons teeth after I explained he had damage caused by frequent juice and using a dummy. He yelled at us to not give him juice, laughed when I asked what the best brand toothpaste is for an infant and yelled that he couldn't look at my sons teeth if he's crying and stated "it's impossible, utterly useless", before even trying. We also had about a 40 minute wait in a freezing waiting room. The dentist area is up a steep staircase and the receptionist wasn't at her desk half the time with people waiting. The nurse kept her back to us and our little boy without even introducing herself too. Left feeling very bitter and upset and judged as a parent with no resolution, no check or treatment. Off to a better dentist and I will NEVER allow any friends or family to come here. The dentist should be ashamed of himself.by Sam CarterAugust 10, 2017
